Raise Your Glass Wine Club - Latest selection
This fundraising initiative offers you the opportunity to invest in some fabulous wine and a local gin, while raising funds for Palliative Care ACT. It will also enable our volunteers to continue our 'Wine Trolley' service at the local hospice.
Every day at around 4.30pm wine glasses can be heard clinking at Clare Holland House, Canberra’s hospice, as Palliative Care ACT volunteers take the wine trolley to visit each room, offering a selection of wines to patients and visiting friends and families.
The wine trolley is a service offered by Palliative Care ACT and is made up entirely of donations from various community groups, businesses and individuals. Our volunteers see it as more than just a wine trolley – the service allows patients to enjoy a moment of normality, comfort and joy over a glass of wine with people special to them.
Our partner in this fundraising activity is Farrah’s Liquor Collective in Fyshwick. Matt and his team are providing our wine selection and a gin selection at wholesale. Matt creates value for his customers and producers by working directly with local winemakers, distillers and brewers.

By supporting Raise Your Glass you can share special moments over a glass or two with your friends and family, and at the same time you will be helping Palliative Care ACT build its services to assist individuals and their families as they navigate their end of life journey.

| SURVEYORS HILL VIOGNIER CHARD ROUSANNE – A textural and complex blend of Viognier (50%), Chardonnay (25%) and Roussanne (25%). Intense stone fruit aromas are followed by a fine dry palate and a soft finish of natural acidity. RRP – $13.99

| ENOTRIA PINOT GRIS 2019 – Just released is the 2019 Pinot Gris. Following a dry spring the fruit has developed intensity and freshness. A lovely full bodied Pinot Gris. RRP – $22.99
| A GROWERS TOUCH BOTRYTIS SEMILLION 375 ml– Appearance Vibrant honey gold. Aroma Rich dried apricot, zesty citrus and honey marmalade. Drinking Enjoy chilled with dried fruit, cheeses & nuts. Ageing Great ageing potential of over 15-20 years. RRP – $16.99
| PANKHURST TEMPRANILLO 2015 – The 2015 harvest produced excellent quality Tempranillo fruit and the resulting wine is supple, smooth and rich in flavour and mouth feel. It displays a lovely savoury character with smooth tannins. RRP – $21.99
| 2019 NERO D’AVOLA – SIGNOR VINO - Aroma Exotic spices greet an earthy and meaty undertone of aromas. Palate Cherries, red current and pomegranates are met with savoury flavours of roast tomatoes, baked quince & dried herbs. Up to 5 years cellaring is recommended. RRP – $17.99
| CANBERRA DISTILLERY BLOOD ORANGE GIN – 500ML. - This gin is just the real deal an old fashioned spirit made from fruit and spice. It can be enjoyed straight, with mineral water or in cocktails. It retains the complex flavours of blood orange with a little sweetness. RRP – $59.99
